Style
One of the world's most iconic non-vintage Champagnes, Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is the signature cuvée of the House, celebrated for its remarkable balance of strength, freshness, aromatic richness and silkiness. The dominance of Pinot Noir provides power and structure, while Chardonnay contributes elegance and Meunier adds fruit and roundness. A generous proportion of reserve wines ensures exceptional consistency and complexity year after year.

Summary

Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label is a benchmark Champagne that has defined the House's style for generations. Crafted from 50–60 different crus, with one of Champagne's largest collections of reserve wines, it delivers remarkable consistency, complexity and elegance. Equally suited to celebrations or fine dining, it remains one of the world's most recognised and respected Champagnes.

Production Notes

The grapes are sourced from 50–60 carefully selected crus across Champagne. Following traditional bottle fermentation, the wine matures on its lees for a minimum of three years, developing its signature creamy mousse and brioche character. The inclusion of up to 45% reserve wines—drawn from an extraordinary library of around 400 reserve wines—ensures the House style remains consistent across every release.
