Released to commemorate 40 years since Blanton’s established the modern single barrel bourbon category in 1984, this extraordinary Warehouse H selection is presented with its distinctive white label and collectible white horse-and-jockey stopper.

Rich aromas of caramel, toasted oak, dark chocolate, dried fruit and baking spices introduce a powerful yet beautifully polished palate. Layers of toffee, honey, vanilla, dark cherry and sweet oak are balanced by warming rye spice, leading to a long, viscous and deeply satisfying finish.

Blanton’s Honey Barrel 2025 Special Edition – 129 Proof / 64.5% ABV
An exceptionally rare, high-proof single barrel inspired by the prized “honey barrels” Colonel Albert B. Blanton personally selected for distinguished guests.

The nose is rich and inviting, offering golden honey, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and warm baking spices. The palate is concentrated and indulgent, with butterscotch, brown sugar, dark cherry and honeycomb supported by seasoned oak and peppery spice. Blanton’s Golden Promise 2024 Edition – Barrel No. 406 – 110 Proof / 55% ABV
An exclusive single barrel selected for La Maison du Whisky and its celebrated Golden Promise Whisky Bar in Paris. This rare 2024 bottling combines intensity with remarkable refinement.

The nose reveals caramelized sugar, liquorice, dark chocolate, dried apricot and salted-butter caramel, becoming increasingly floral as it opens. The palate is full and elegant, combining honey, vanilla, toasted oak, orchard fruit and baking spices. A silky, warming finish carries lingering notes of saffron, sweet oak and refined spice.
