Produced principally from Chardonnay with a small proportion of Grechetto, Cervaro della Sala combines Burgundian inspiration with a distinctly Italian identity.

The 2023 offers layers of citrus, white peach and orchard fruit, accompanied by delicate floral notes, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and subtle mineral complexity. Rich and beautifully textured yet fresh, Cervaro also possesses unusual ageing potential for an Italian white.
