Ornellaia Bianco 2021 is a luminous expression of the estate’s coastal terroir, crafted primarily from Sauvignon Blanc with small additions of complementary varieties. Produced in limited quantities from select north-facing vineyards, it reflects the estate’s commitment to elegance, precision, and the artistry of balance.

The wine displays a brilliant straw-yellow color and an aromatic bouquet of white peach, lemon zest, and tropical fruit, interwoven with subtle notes of sage, almond blossom, and flint. On the palate, it is vibrant yet silky, revealing layers of citrus, pear, and mineral salinity, framed by a fine acidity and delicate oak integration.
