The Wine

Sourced from several estate vineyards across the Russian River Valley, this Chardonnay is crafted using traditional Burgundian techniques. The wine is barrel fermented and aged in French oak, with regular bâtonnage (lees stirring) to enhance texture and complexity.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale gold in colour. Aromas of ripe apple, pear, lemon zest, and white peach, layered with notes of vanilla, toasted almond, and subtle spice from oak aging. The palate is rich yet balanced, showing flavours of baked apple, citrus, and creamy brioche, finishing long, fresh, and elegantly structured.
