Sea Smoke Chardonnay – Santa Rita Hills
Sea Smoke Chardonnay hails from the cool-climate vineyards of California’s Santa Rita Hills and is celebrated for its refined elegance and vibrant purity. Crafted from meticulously hand-sorted, estate-grown fruit, it is fermented in a combination of stainless steel, French oak foudres, and demi-muids, followed by full malolactic fermentation.
Aged for 10 months without fining or filtration, the wine offers layered aromas of lemon curd, fresh peach, and wet stone, accented by notes of mandarin zest and toasted hazelnut. The result is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with texture, freshness, and a distinctly mineral-driven finish.
