Château de Saint Cosme Côtes du Rhône 2023 is a vibrant and expressive red blend from the southern Rhône Valley, crafted by the historic Saint Cosme estate, whose winemaking roots date back to the 15th century in Gigondas.
This cuvée is sourced from several vineyard sites across the southern Rhône, combining different soils and exposures to create a balanced and characterful wine. It is typically dominated by Syrah, complemented by Grenache and Mourvèdre, giving the wine both freshness and structure.
Deep ruby in colour. The nose reveals aromas of blackberry, raspberry, and black cherry, layered with notes of violet, cracked pepper, and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is juicy and energetic, showing flavours of dark berries, plum, and subtle spice, supported by smooth tannins and a fresh, lively finish.
Blend led by Syrah, with Grenache and Mourvèdre
