RÉGIS MINET – Pouilly-Fumé 2024
Loire Valley, France
Domaine Régis Minet Pouilly-Fumé 2024 is a refined Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire Valley’s renowned Pouilly‑Fumé appellation, an area celebrated for producing crisp, mineral-driven white wines. Pouilly-Fumé wines are made exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grown on limestone and flint-rich soils that contribute to their distinctive smoky “gunflint” character.
Produced from parcels of mature vines, this wine is typically fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees to preserve freshness and aromatic purity while adding texture and complexity.
Pale straw in colour with brilliant clarity. Aromas of green apple, gooseberry, citrus zest, and white flowers, layered with subtle notes of fresh herbs and flinty minerality. The palate is bright and elegant, showing flavors of lime, pear, and stone fruit, supported by vibrant acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish.
