This cuvée showcases the purity and finesse that define great Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Grapes are sourced primarily from vineyards around Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, and Vertus, villages known for producing Chardonnay with exceptional minerality and precision.
Pale gold with a fine, persistent mousse. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, and toasted brioche rise from the glass. The palate is fresh, elegant, and beautifully balanced, offering flavours of citrus, pear, almond, and chalky minerality, finishing crisp and refined.
