Fort Ross–Seaview, Sonoma Coast — Estate Vineyard
Style: A seductive, high-altitude coastal Pinot Noir known for its precision, perfume, and vibrant structure. The 2023 vintage is marked by purity, finesse, and exceptional balance.
Appearance: Limpid ruby with bright garnet edges.
Nose: Beautifully expressive, showing wild strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, and pomegranate, layered with rose petals, violets, and subtle hints of forest floor, crushed stone, and exotic spice. Touches of sandalwood, tea leaf, and fine French oak add depth.
Palate: Silky, refined, and medium-bodied with lively acidity. The palate mirrors the nose with red berry fruit, delicate floral tones, and savoury notes of mushroom, spice, and mineral. Tannins are fine-grained and elegant, providing structure without weight.
Finish: Long, graceful, and ultra-pure, marked by lingering red fruit, spice, and coastal salinity.
Perfumed and lifted
Mineral-driven with coastal tension
