Silky and harmonious. Flavours of ripe orchard fruit, lemon zest, and white peach unfold gracefully, supported by vibrant acidity and an exceptionally fine mousse. The texture is refined and airy, with superb balance and precision.

Long, elegant, and luminous, with lingering notes of floral freshness, citrus, and soft minerality.
