A wonderfully aromatic Pastis de Marseille, Pastis du Liquoriste captures the unmistakable flavours and relaxed spirit of Provence.
Fragrant anise and liquorice lead the way, surrounded by layers of Mediterranean herbs and gentle spice. At 45% ABV it is intensely flavoured in the bottle, but add chilled water and it transforms into a beautifully refreshing, cloudy aperitif—perfect for warm afternoons and leisurely evenings.
Producer: Liquoristerie de Provence
Region: Provence, France
Style: Pastis de Marseille
Alcohol: 45% ABV
Nose: Intensely fragrant, with fresh anise, liquorice and fennel complemented by aromatic Mediterranean herbs.

Few drinks capture the atmosphere of southern France quite like pastis.
From the cafés of Marseille to shaded terraces overlooking the Mediterranean, it is the classic Provençal aperitif—a drink associated with sunshine, conversation and taking a little time before lunch or dinner.
Pastis du Liquoriste offers an artisanal interpretation of this much-loved tradition from Liquoristerie de Provence.
For the classic Provençal experience, pour:
1 part Pastis du Liquoriste
5 parts chilled still water
Add the pastis first and slowly pour in very cold water. Watch as the spirit transforms from clear to beautifully cloudy and opalescent, while the aromas of anise and herbs open dramatically.
Add ice afterward if desired.
Perfect before a meal with olives, salted almonds, tapenade, charcuterie, anchovies, grilled vegetables and Mediterranean-style tapas.
It is also a wonderfully refreshing aperitif before seafood and grilled fish.
If you have never experienced traditional Provençal pastis, this is a wonderful place to start.
Refreshing, aromatic and full of Mediterranean character, Pastis du Liquoriste is about more than the drink itself—it is about the ritual.
Serve it slowly with ice-cold water, find a comfortable seat, and imagine yourself on a terrace somewhere in Provence.
