This wine presents an almost-black, opaque garnet core in the glass, with slow-moving tears cascading down the sides. The immediate aromatic profile is rich and inviting, featuring notes of ripe cassis, charred ribeye, sandalwood, and freshly cut oak. A deeper breath reveals even more complexity.

The first sip introduces a layered conundrum of flavors, including blackberry, black plum, fennel, licorice, and dark chocolate. As you continue to sip, the wine's layers unfold, revealing a rich and balanced character with a deep cassis core. The finish is sweet and lingering, highlighted by softly textured, chalky tannins.
