This release is aged for 11 years and produced under the strict standards of the Bottled-in-Bond Act, meaning it is distilled in a single season, at one distillery, aged in a bonded warehouse, and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
Distilled in Fall 2014 and bottled in Fall 2025, this edition continues the tradition of the series, presented in the signature 1950s-inspired decanter.
The wheated mashbill delivers a softer, rounder profile, emphasizing sweetness and texture over spice.
The nose reveals aromas of caramel, vanilla, and baking spice, with hints of leather and subtle oak.
On the palate, it is rich and velvety, offering flavours of honey, butterscotch, and ripe stone fruits such as plum and peach, layered with gentle spice.
The finish is warm and smooth, with lingering notes of dark fruit, soft oak, and milk chocolate.
