Vintage 2000

Niepoort is a historic, family-owned producer of port, spirits and wine in the Douro Valley, in northern Portugal. Since its founding in 1842, six generations have continued to shape Niepoort's history to this day.

Another classic Niepoort vintage, combining balance with superb concentration, and at the same time very fine and delicate. The wine also has a splendid rustic character giving it a wonderful individuality. Concentrated aromas of ripe dark fruits, damsons and hints of black pepper. Intense on the palate and full-bodied with a long rich after-taste.
