Tasting notes
Deep, opaque ruby. Aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry are layered with violet, graphite, crushed rock, and cedar. The palate is powerful and concentrated, showcasing dense dark fruit, firm yet finely polished tannins, and vibrant acidity. The finish is long, savoury, and mineral-driven, a true reflection of Mount Veeder’s rugged terroir.
