From the legendary Speyside distillery The Macallan, Rich Cacao is the inaugural release of the Harmony Collection—an elegant, limited-edition whisky inspired by the world of fine chocolate and crafted in collaboration with master chocolatier Jordi Roca.

Tasting notes
Deep amber in colour. The nose is indulgent and expressive, revealing dark chocolate, cocoa nibs, honey, and cinnamon, layered with dried fruits and sweet oak. On the palate, it is luxurious and rounded, offering flavours of rich cacao, vanilla, raisin, and gentle spice, finishing long and warming with lingering chocolate and oak notes.
