Macallan The Harmony Collection Rich Cacao

The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao release has been inspired by the exceptional chocolate creations of Jordi Roca, pastry chef of El Celler de Can Roca.

Macallan’s whisky maker Polly Logan has created a whisky using a harmonious combination of exquisite sherry seasoned European and American oak casks which deliver a unique rich, dark chocolate note.

Macallan The Harmony Collection Rich Cacao Tasting Notes :-

Colour : Toasted cacao beans.

Nose   : Chocolate fondant, honey, oak, zesty lime and ginger.

Palate : Dark chocolate, honey, dates, vanilla and cinnamon.

Finish : Long with rich chocolate.
