The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon from Lokoya's Spring Mountain collection offers a delightful interplay of floral and herbal notes, featuring charming nuances of bay leaf and sage that evoke memories of certain Cabernets from Margaret River. The palate is a harmonious blend of ripe cassis and cherries, creating a full-bodied experience with a seamless texture reminiscent of velvet and silk. The wine concludes with a long and graceful finish, accentuated by the presence of fine-grained, soft tannins. Crafted from fruit sourced from two distinguished vineyards—Yverdon and Wurtele—this wine underwent aging in Sylvain barriques to enhance its subtlety and finesse.
