Winemaker Notes
Recognized as one of the finest expressions of Bâtard-Montrachet after the top-ranked cuvées, this biodynamic wine is sourced from four plots—primarily in Puligny—featuring old vines that lend structure and depth. Rich and concentrated, it offers a dense, full-bodied, and creamy texture, layered with vibrant citrus, apple, peach, white flowers, acacia, wet stone, and toasted hazelnut. The palate is powerful yet balanced, finishing long with notes of citrus, toasted almonds, saline minerality, and remarkable complexity.
