Over the years, L’Abeille has developed a confident identity of its own. Crafted with the same care as Château de Fieuzal, it’s designed for relaxed, easy enjoyment. The fruit comes from the same meticulously tended vines, carrying Fieuzal’s hallmark freshness and finesse.
The 2020 season—mild winter, warm, wet spring, and a dry summer—led to an unusually early harvest after swift flowering and precocious véraison. In the glass, the wine shows the satisfying weight you expect from a fine Bordeaux Blanc, thanks to its Sémillon-led blend. Aromas of light stone fruit and almond peel lead to a full-bodied palate with bright acidity, layered with grapefruit and orange peel. Subtle secondary notes of butterscotch and vanilla emerge, tapering to a clean, mineral finish. Balanced, complex, and effortlessly drinkable.
