The Wine

A flagship Bordeaux-style blend, Insignia is crafted from select estate vineyards across Napa Valley. The 2015 vintage, shaped by a warm and low-yielding growing season, produced small berries of exceptional concentration and intensity.

Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Petit Verdot, Malbec, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, the wine is aged in French oak to develop complexity, structure, and refinement.

Tasting Notes

The nose is intense and layered, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and dark cherry, complemented by notes of cocoa, espresso, graphite, and subtle spice.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and opulent, with a dense core of dark fruit supported by firm, finely integrated tannins. Layers of chocolate, tobacco, and mineral undertones add depth and sophistication.
