Imperial Gold formerly reserved for the palace of the Shah of Persia, weighs around 30 kilos, it nurtures larger firmer eggs with a renowned dark golden roe and creamy sumptuous taste leaving a lingering fabulous hazel nutty flavour. Some experts believe this is caviar from a mature Caraburun Sturgeon. This caviar is “Malossol” lightly salted at 3.5%. The Acipenser Schrenckii x Huso Daricus Sturgeon caviar has a lovely strong roe size of 3.4mm in diameter.
