Winemakers Notes

Opens with intense vanilla sweetness, layered with floral tones, hints of banana, figs, rich toffee, new leather, and oak. On the palate, it begins soft before evolving into a brisk, vibrant, and drying character, with notes of pepper, subtle smoke, oak, lime, ginger, and warming spice. The finish is exceptionally long, dry, and spicy, leaving a lingering warmth.
