An exceptional example of traditional tequila craftsmanship, Fortaleza Blanco is made in small batches in Jalisco’s Tequila Valley. Produced from 100% blue Weber agave, slow-roasted in brick ovens, crushed by a volcanic stone tahona, naturally fermented in open wooden vats, and double-distilled in copper pot stills.
Unaged and bottled straight from the still, this tequila showcases the pure essence of agave — fresh, vibrant, and complex.
Tasting Notes:
Bright aromas of citrus, cooked agave, and hints of pepper lead to a full-bodied palate with notes of olive, earth, and a touch of butter. Smooth and clean with a long, mineral finish.
Origin: Jalisco, Mexico | ABV: 40% | Style: Blanco (Unaged)
