Domaines Ott Étoile 2023 is a benchmark luxury rosé that transcends the traditional expectations of Provence. Blending the salinity of Clos Mireille, the finesse of Château de Selle, and the structure of Château Romassan, it delivers extraordinary complexity, precision and longevity. Crafted in limited quantities from certified organic vineyards, Étoile is a gastronomic rosé designed not only for immediate pleasure but also for long-term cellaring.

A warm summer followed, punctuated by an August heatwave that required a carefully timed harvest to preserve freshness. Each estate contributed its finest lots, which were blended and matured primarily in stainless steel with 15% aged in spherical ceramic vats, enhancing fruit purity, texture and mineral expression.
