Domaine Ferret Pouilly-Fuissé 2022 is an elegant Chardonnay from the limestone-rich hills of Pouilly-Fuissé in southern Burgundy. Domaine Ferret is widely regarded as one of the leading producers of the appellation, known for crafting precise and mineral-driven wines.
The grapes are sourced from carefully selected vineyard parcels across the slopes of Pouilly-Fuissé. The wine is typically fermented and aged partly in French oak barrels and partly in stainless steel, preserving freshness while adding texture and complexity.
Pale golden in colour with brilliant reflections. The nose reveals aromas of ripe pear, white peach, citrus blossom, and almond, complemented by hints of hazelnut and light toast. The palate is rich yet vibrant, showing flavours of stone fruit, lemon zest, and creamy brioche, supported by lively acidity and a long mineral finish.
