The Wine

Sourced from several small vineyard parcels around the village, this cuvée reflects the signature style of Gevrey-Chambertin—powerful yet refined, combining depth of fruit with earthy complexity and firm structure. The wine is typically matured in French oak barrels, allowing the fruit and terroir to remain the focus.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour. The nose reveals aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and violet, layered with hints of forest floor, spice, and subtle oak. The palate is rich and structured, showing flavours of dark berries, plum, and earthy minerality, supported by fine tannins and lively acidity, finishing long, elegant, and balanced.
