Dom Pérignon P2 2006 (Plénitude 2)
A luminous golden-hue Champagne with shimmering mousse and a warm glow. On the nose, it unveils aromas of ripe orchard fruit & tropical hints — apricot, mango, passion fruit — mingled with pastry-elements like toast and brioche, subtle mocha and hazelnut, and mineral notes that bring elegance.
On the palate it is full-bodied yet finely balanced: creamy texture with fresh acidity, layers of citrus zest and dried fruit, evolving into more complex flavors of cocoa, toasted nuts, spices, and a refined saline dryness. The finish is long, persistent, with a touch of bitterness and a profound mineral backbone.
Perfect with luxurious seafood (scallops, lobster), delicate poultry in creamy sauces, or dishes featuring toasted nuts and herbs. Also superb alongside rich cheese or subtle dessert with dried fruit and caramelized nuts.
Grape Varieties: Approx. 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay
