DOLIN – Vermouth de Chambéry Dry
Savoie, France
Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Dry is a classic French dry vermouth produced in the Alpine town of Chambéry, a region that holds France’s only protected designation of origin for vermouth. The Dolin house has been crafting vermouth since 1821, making it one of the historic benchmarks for the category.
This elegant dry vermouth is made from a white wine base (often Ugni Blanc) infused with a blend of over 15–30 Alpine botanicals, including herbs, citrus peel, and aromatic plants such as genepi, verbena, and rose.
Pale golden in colour with a subtle green tint. Aromas of citrus peel, fresh herbs, lime, thyme, and delicate florals. The palate is light, crisp, and balanced, revealing notes of white wine, almond, alpine herbs, and gentle spice, finishing clean, dry, and refreshing.
