To mark the 120th anniversary of Giulio Cocchi’s first vermouth, Cocchi resumed production of its original Vermouth di Torino recipe in 2011. Unmistakably Cocchi in character, this Storico Vermouth di Torino is one of the very few geographically protected vermouth styles (alongside Vermouth de Chambéry). It follows the regional tradition of using fine Moscato as the base wine, infused with a proprietary blend of local and exotic botanicals, then rested in a barrel to allow the flavors to fully marry.
