This small, inaugural release from Caymus Vineyards is a California-appellation Cabernet Sauvignon that is supple, dark, and rich, showcasing the signature hallmarks of Caymus. Sourced from various sites throughout the state, this wine benefits from climatic conditions, soils, and topography ideally suited to Cabernet. The project was born out of a passion for exploring California's diverse vineyard lands, often in lesser-known areas, with the potential to produce exceptional Cabernet.
