Casamatta is designed primarily for youthful enjoyment, when its bright red fruit and energetic freshness are at their peak. No extended cellaring or decanting is needed; serve slightly cool at approximately 16–17°C.
Extremely versatile with pizza, pasta with tomato or meat ragù, grilled chicken, pork, Tuscan sausages, charcuterie, burgers, roast meats and semi-aged Pecorino.
