The Barbadillo Amontillado “Príncipe” 12 Years Old is a refined dry sherry made from Palomino grapes, aged first under flor for about eight years before another six to seven years of oxidative aging in solera, giving it remarkable depth and complexity. It shows an old-gold color and a nose layered with lemon zest, salty sea breeze, mint, roasted almonds, walnuts, olive brine, iodine, and subtle toffee.
