The Barbadillo “Cuco” VORS Oloroso is an ultra-aged sherry matured in solera for over 30 years, certified Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum and drawn from historic soleras in Sanlúcar’s Barrio Alto. Deep mahogany in color, it opens with complex aromas of aged wood, leather, roasted coffee, vanilla, walnut, caramel, cocoa, and warm spice. On the palate it is smooth and powerful yet finely balanced, offering layers of nutty richness, oxidative depth, and pastry-like roundness that unfold into a remarkably long, elegant finish, showcasing the pinnacle of Barbadillo’s Oloroso style.
