The Barbadillo “Cuco” Oloroso 12 Years Old is a deeply expressive sherry made from Palomino Fino and aged oxidatively in solera for around twelve years, showing a rich mahogany hue and an intense nose of varnished oak, toasted almonds and walnuts, dried figs, raisins, blood orange peel, mocha, caramel, and hints of black cherry. On the palate it is smooth and unctuous yet firmly dry, with layers of caramelized nuts, mature cherry, wood spice, and a touch of coastal salinity that lifts its richness. Concentrated but balanced, it offers both aromatic depth and refined structure, making it a classic, versatile Oloroso ideal for savoring on its own or with robust foods.
