Appleton Estate Signature Blend is the flagship Jamaican rum from the historic Nassau Valley distillery, crafted from a blend of around 15 pot and column still rums averaging about 4 years of age and bottled at 40% ABV. Pouring a warm harvest-gold amber, it offers a fruit-forward nose with notes of dried apricot, peach, banana, papaya, molasses, and hints of vanilla. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, delivering flavors of brown sugar, honey, butterscotch, caramel, toffee, apple butter, and light oak, with subtle warm spice and toasted nut undertones. Its finish is mellow, creamy, and medium in length, with nutty, citrusy hints and a touch of oak. Using limestone-filtered Jamaican water and no added flavors, Signature is approachable and versatile—ideal as an introduction to Jamaican rum, enjoyable neat, and perfectly suited for cocktails like Daiquiris, Mai Tais, or a Rum Old Fashioned.
