Produced by Domaine Alain Geoffroy, this Premier Cru Chablis comes from the renowned Beauroy vineyard, located on the left bank of the Serein River near the village of Chablis. The site’s classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils give the wine its characteristic mineral precision and freshness.

The Wine

Made from 100% Chardonnay, this Premier Cru expresses the purity and elegance that defines Chablis. The 2020 vintage was warm yet balanced, producing wines with ripe fruit while retaining the crisp acidity and minerality that Chablis is famous for.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold in colour with brilliant clarity. Aromas of green apple, citrus zest, white flowers, and crushed oyster shell. The palate is fresh, precise, and mineral-driven, revealing flavours of lemon, pear, and wet stone, supported by lively acidity and a long, clean finish.
