The Rum

Distilled in 2003 and aged for nearly two decades in Jamaica’s tropical climate, this rum was produced entirely in traditional copper pot stills. Tropical aging accelerates maturation, creating exceptional concentration, complexity, and depth.

Tasting Notes

Deep amber with golden reflections. The nose reveals aromas of ripe tropical fruit, orange peel, molasses, vanilla, and baking spice, with hints of cocoa, toasted oak, and dried fruit. The palate is rich, vibrant, and layered, offering flavours of caramel, roasted nuts, dark chocolate, and candied citrus, finishing long, warm, and elegantly structured.
